Terms of Service

1. Provision of services

SetCoder provides custom software development, AI automation pipelines, and access to proprietary SaaS products subject to signed Master Service Agreements (MSA) or statements of work.

2. Intellectual property ownership

For custom software engineering, all source code, documentation, and integrations built for a client belong exclusively to that client upon full payment, as governed by contract terms. Our own products — including RayPass, InviteEye, the EazyOrder platform and Kedy — remain the intellectual property of OpusGate.

3. System availability & service levels

Our cloud integrations and AI processing pipelines operate under the SLAs guaranteed in enterprise subscription tiers.
