We don't disappear after launch
Service 08

Maintenance & Technical Support

Software isn't finished when it launches. Certificates expire, dependencies go stale, iOS ships a new version, a payment provider changes an endpoint. A maintenance plan means somebody is watching all of that — and it usually costs less than one incident.

Sound familiar?

You'll recognise this if…

If more than one of these is true, this is usually the right place to start. If none of them are, tell us anyway — we'll point you at the service that actually fits.

Nobody currently owns your live system
The last update was made by a developer you can no longer reach
You find out the site is down from a customer
An app is being warned about SDK deprecation by Apple or Google
Security patches are simply not being applied

Questions

Asked before you ask

Anything not answered here, put in the form — you'll get a straight answer from the person who would do the work.

Do you maintain software you didn't build?

Yes, after a short technical review. We need to see the code and infrastructure before committing to response times.

How is it priced?

A fixed monthly fee based on the size of the system and the response time you need, with included development hours.

Is there 24/7 cover?

Standard plans cover business hours, which is the honest answer from a small team. Out-of-hours cover is available as a separate arrangement — we'd rather price it properly than promise it and miss.

What could your business stop doing manually?

Tell us what takes too much time. We'll come back with exactly what can be automated, what it costs, and what it saves.
