By downloading or using Kedy: Unfollowers Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Kedy: Unfollowers Tracker is a mobile application that helps users analyze their Instagram and TikTok follower data. The app works by processing the official data export files provided by Instagram and TikTok. Kedy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, or ByteDance.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Uploading only your own data export files
- Ensuring the data you upload belongs to you
- How you use the analysis results (e.g. unfollowing decisions)
- Complying with the Terms of Service of Instagram and TikTok
Kedy is not responsible for any actions you take based on the app’s results.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
- Upload data belonging to other users without their consent
- Use the app in a way that violates Instagram’s or TikTok’s Terms of Service
Pro Subscription
Kedy offers a Pro subscription through in-app purchase via the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s subscription settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Kedy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results will be 100% accurate at all times. Analysis results depend on the data contained in your export file.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kedy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to account restrictions imposed by Instagram or TikTok.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected in the app with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
